說到音響界有名的線性電源供應器,FARAD 應該算是其中一個
這台FARAD Super3是客戶要準備跟Metec MC3+ USB合體的,故拆成上下篇
直接看本體,外表就是淘寶的公板鋁殼,因為很常買所以很親切

背面,把背板空間壓縮到極致了,連AC座都擠到要磨掉一個小角
不過印上的CE不確定是不是真的有拿到認證,我挺懷疑的

輸出端,分三部分,超級電容板,一階穩壓的LDO,二階穩壓的LDO

一階穩壓LDO是Microchip MIC29302WT,把11V穩成6.8V給後端
6.8V再給超級電容板當源頭給二階穩壓,這邊壓降大所以需要散熱片

二階穩壓是ADI LT1764,提供3A的輸出能力跟40uV的超低雜訊

二階穩壓有作Pi型濾波,前面是WE的固態電容PSLC 470uF 25V
後面還有PA0512.151NLT 150nH配WIMA 47uF

另外在檢查的時候發現LT1764跨接的MLCC焊成這樣,老實說有點危險
變壓器焊線也有焊點過長問題(錫從貫孔流下來),但那塊背面有做絕緣
雖然都是小問題隨手可以修正,但有關安全的部分還是小心點好

接下來就是測量的部分,喜歡喊測量不重要的看到這邊就好
測點在接頭處,因為這次是要tune到極限,沒辦法像之前那樣偷懶

測量結果,分三組測項,空載,1A跟2A負載,不測3A是吃不到這麼多

結論:
FARAD測出來的值蠻不錯,考慮高昂的售價,值不值得就見人見智
修改過雖然有進步,但我覺得還有再進步的空間,所以又去定新料了
