OCP/OPP的百分比不是越高越好
讓OCP/OPP在較低的百分比就動作,是考量元件於不同溫度下承受能力的差異
在較高的環境溫度,元件承受能力會降級,如果這時OCP/OPP抓太高,
可能超出元件SOA(安全作業區),這時就會發生故障/炸機
比較保守的廠商會偏好較低的OCP/OPP,避免在高環境溫度下增加故障風險
當然也有的廠商對自己的元件規格較有自信,會抓比較高的OCP/OPP
