鹽1:水50,泡2小時。

蛤蜊:300克 || Clam:300g
嫩薑:適量 || Tender ginger:Q.S.
蔥:1根 || Green onion:1.
蒜頭:3瓣 || Garlic:3 cloves
【料理用】
水:800克 || Water:800 c.c.
鹽巴:1/2鹽匙,約1/8小匙(0.625ml) || Salt:1/8 tsp.
白胡椒粉:適量 || White pepper:Q.S.

1.準備水800 c.c.,薑絲放入 大火煮滾

2.在小滾時(看到冒小氣泡),放入蒜末。

3.看到大滾時關小火。

5.米酒2大匙

6.小火持續到蛤蜊全開。
