當天下班之後其實已經很累,偏偏又很想吃頓耶誕大餐,而且要符合家裡有大人跟小孩的需
咖哩備料:紅蘿蔔、馬鈴薯、洋蔥、咖哩塊、咖哩粉、牛奶、無骨雞腿肉
全部切好丟到壓力電子鍋(我用siroca)裡面去,然後趁這段時間處理鴨胸退冰跟料理。

鴨胸退冰之後直接煎,鍋子不用加油(我用樂扣樂扣soma不沾鍋),煎到自己出油,然後丟
我喜歡用不沾鍋做排類的餐,一是好清洗,二是不容易失敗,而且這支鍋夠深,料理超方便

小孩版本是咖哩,大人版本是鴨胸+咖哩

一餐下來約40分鐘,無水咖哩用從備料到起鍋的時間,剛好可以做完鴨胸。
煮好飯剛好隊友也幫小孩洗完澡,無痛快速耶誕大餐成就達成!下一頓應該是跨年了。
